This Spring Break has kinda just been a chill one, we decided to head down to Richfield and spend it with the family. And the bonus part was my grandparents came up who I haven't saw FOREVER and it was little Racyn's 1st Birthday!
When we first got to good old Richfield the weather was perfect and we had some good family time at the baseball park having my little brother practice pitching to us and just throwing the ball around having a good ol time! I really thought I was starting to get back in shape, but oh boy was I wrong! I literally could not move my arm the next day or walk or anything! I was so flippin sore! I guess the best work out is playing sports haha. Anyways the next couple of days were really warm and we were able to do lots of fun things outside which I was super stoked over cause I can never get enough sun! But then slowly It started getting cold and windy...so yeah that pretty much ruined my high I had with the whole sun situation. And I would have had my sun fix in St. George and been able to see Tyson's Family which would have been awesome since I haven't saw them in forever! But of coarse Tyson's spring break lands on the week his parents went to Hawaii! We have the worst luck with timing! haha
So Friday was the little mans 1st Birthday! Holy cow It was so weird thinking that. I have missed out on so much living away from everyone..But atleast Racyn is happy to see me when I come to visit! But anyway, my sister had such a fun little birthday party for him! We had a good time making cup cakes and getting to spend some sister time together, Except I got in some trouble with her for feeding the little man A LOT of frosting, but that is how I get on his good side!! Also my grandparents came down for the party and they made the cutest little dump truck cake! My papa even helped my grandma with it which makes it that much more cute that they did it together! It was so good to see them though! They really are like my parents and I honestly don't know where I would be without them! They are by far the most amazing people I know!
So as for this spring break, just a lot of family time which I needed since I am leaving in a month so the hubby can go sell security systems! Pretty sure I wont see them for 4 months and that is the longest I have ever been with out seeing them so it should be pretty interesting! But i know it will be a good bonding time for Tys and I. This week alone has made us closer! So that part I am looking forward to! The weird part is we are starting to get baby hungry... which is how it is I guess when you get married! BUT we know its not the time to have one right now and we still need to wait a year or 2 before we should pop a little bundle of joy out! It is just funny though to think we used to say we are not having kids until like five years after we are married and now that we are married we want one as soon as we are able to! Crazy how things change but we are loving every second of it and cant wait for whats to come!
